We encountered a few problems when the filming process began. One such thing was the weather for the days we needed to film outside, which resulted in us having to change the schedule for filming and then to reorganise with the actors we needed. Another problem was that some of the shots that we wanted to use were tricky to capture, especially during filming for the Darkroom scene as the camera didn't focus manually due to the room being red and being darker then usual. This meant that we had to use manual focus for the camera which took more time to do however the final outcome looked better as the shots were actually in focus.
When we began editing we only encountered a few minor inconveniences. One of these were that during the final scene we wished to have a mask that would fade in each photo from a blank image gradually into the photograph, as it would show the audience the developing photos. We couldn't do this due to Premier pro only allowing us to have one single mask on a scene at one time so we could not have each photo fade in which made it look weird and break continuity slightly. However we fixed this by just using a simple dissolve for the photographs and using an insert shot that we had spare to put in between, which wasn't what we intended but it still worked and kept the continuity of the scene well. The only other problems we encountered were the masks for the scene with Rose were her hair was highlighted red, we finally managed to do this however it was time consuming due to us having to edit the mask frame by frame.
These were the only problems we encountered that really hindered us in our filming and editing however we managed to fix or work our way around each problem.

Film Poster anaysis
Film posters are the main way other than trailers in which a film is advertised, they are normally seen upon buses, on walls and upon billboards. They are integral for how a film is portrayed without giving any details of the story as to spoil it.
Below shows my research into individual posters from films that are similar to ours.
Shutter
Shutter has been a film that has had great influence and control over our film due to its many references and similar themes, due to this I decided to research this first, this research was documented within Microsoft Word and thus I had to take photos of the analysis, shown below.
Zodiac
Zodiac was also an influence with its thriller like storyline and basis off of the unusual murders of the zodiac killer, below shows the research I conducted.
Overall, it seems there are many similarities with posters such as use of the mid ground and the top and bottom approach to displaying text about the film, this provided an insight in what needed to be included within our poster and will allow us to develop our own in a similar fashion.
